Well it's been one of those years and I haven't updated this blog in way too long so here goes. I will save you a gritty details and let's just say that I ended up having a major health issue. I wasn't sure how things were going to go, but after eight months in recovery I feel very strongly that I will be back to hundred percent soon.
I thought I would share with you some of my personal photos taken during my recovery.
I strongly believe that getting out when I could and walking and shooting photos helped me considerably during this process of recovery.
Graffiti Down Town
Granville Island Market
One thing I know is that I love photography no matter what the genre is, yes I love landscapes and flyfishing but when you're down the and out and the only thing you're able to do is walking around your hometown believe me you can find all sorts of things to shoot pictures of!
False Creek Sunset
If you are struggling through your own recovery I would strongly recommend taking up photography or any other hobby that would get you out side. I know for me that along with exceptional friends and family and my beautiful girlfriend, photography has helped me tremendously! I hope you enjoy the photos as much as I do and if you would like to see more please visit the recovery project 2016 page on this website. And if you fall in love with one of the photos you can purchase it easily right through my site!
